Flexible Cruise Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

 

Our policy dictates refund eligibility based on the notice period given prior to your scheduled departure date.

Notice Period (Before Departure)	Refund Entitlement
60 Days or More	Full Refund (minus a non-refundable administrative fee).
30 – 59 Days	50% refund of the total booking price.
Less than 30 Days	Bookings are non-refundable.
No-Show	Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled cruise will forfeit the entire booking amount.

 

Amending Your Salina Cruise Booking

 

Minor changes to your reservation (such as date or passenger name adjustments) may be possible up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability and a standard amendment fee. How to Process Your Refund

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original form of payment within 14 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
